Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a experienced People Advisor (Change Projects) to support a major organisational change programme over a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will work with the People Team to manage restructures, consultations, redeployment and employee relations matters.

The role requires strong employee relations experience within change programmes, knowledge of UK employment law, and ability to coach managers through complex people issues.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a People/HR Advisor or Employee Relations Advisor.
• Strong employee relations experience within organisational change.
• Experience supporting restructures, consultations and redeployments.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all activity complies with employment legislation, organisational policy and GDPR requirements.
• Promote wellbeing, inclusion and employee engagement throughout periods of change.

People Advisor (Change Projects) – 6 Month Contract

We are looking for an experienced People Advisor to join our People Team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, supporting the delivery of a significant organisational change programme.

The Role

Reporting to the People Partner (Change Projects), you will work closely with the wider People Team to support organisational change initiatives, including restructures, consultations, redeployment and employee relations matters.

• Support managers throughout change programmes, offering guidance and coaching on best practice.

About You

We are looking for someone who can build trusted relationships and confidently support managers through complex people matters. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a People Advisor, HR Advisor, Employee Relations Advisor or a similar HR generalist role.
• Strong Employee Relations experience, particularly within organisational change.
• Experience supporting restructures, consultations, redundancy or redeployment processes.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• A proactive, organised and solutions‑focused approach.
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience is desirable.
