Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking a People Advisor to support a major change programme on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. You will deliver expert employee relations advice and help managers and colleagues navigate restructures and redeployment.

Reporting to the People Partner (Change Projects), you’ll work with the People Team to ensure change is delivered fairly, in line with employment law, and that the colleague experience remains positive.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a People Advisor, HR Advisor, Employee Relations Advisor or similar HR generalist role.
• Experience supporting restructures, consultations, redeployment or equivalent processes.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical Employee Relations advice during organisational change, including restructures, consultations and redeployment.
• Support managers throughout change programmes, offering guidance and coaching on best practice.
• Prepare consultation documentation, correspondence and meeting arrangements.
• Support the delivery of change workstreams, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Attend consultation meetings and support communication with colleagues throughout the programme.
• Monitor people metrics including absence, engagement, turnover and redeployment, identifying trends and risks.
• Work collaboratively across the People Team to ensure a consistent and positive colleague experience.
• Ensure all activity complies with employment legislation, organisational policy and GDPR requirements.
• Promote wellbeing, inclusion and employee engagement throughout periods of change.
