Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a People Advisor to join our team, based at our factory in Warrington. As our People Advisor, you will support our Vistry Works division, which is the timber frame manufacturing arm of Vistry Group. You will work closely with managers and a large number of desk-less employees to provide day-to-day generalist HR support.

This role has a strong focus on employee relations, involving guiding and coaching internal stakeholders to ensure matters are handled professionally. Additionally, you will support recruitment, people development initiatives, and ensure policies and procedures are current and effective.

The role is part of a UK-wide People team, contributing to projects in areas such as Employee Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion.
