Job Description

  • Supporting to a wide range of employee relation matters.
  • Providing professional advise and support on the interpretation and application of policies, procedures, terms and conditions, legislation, promoting positive employee relations are maintained.
  • Managing a variety of complex cases.
  • Support the business with workforce planning and organisational changes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Undertake and analyse employee data.
  • Create and maintain documentation to support People policies.
  • Support the implementation of HR strategies within the department.
  • Handle employee relations issues, ensuring fair resolution.
  • Contribute to staff welfare initiatives and well-being programmes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support the overall objectives of the organisation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful People Advisor should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong background in ER Case management.
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in handling employee relations and welfare matters.
  • A keen interest in contributing to community health.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team.
