The Belfry Hotel & Resort is seeking a People Advisor to support our people strategy, deliver guidance on employee relations, learning and development, and engagement initiatives.
Working with The People Manager, you’ll drive HR functions from training to wellbeing and compliance, making a meaningful impact at this multi-award-winning destination.
This role offers on-target earnings of 32,821.84 annually, with a base of 31,221.84 plus gratuities, reflecting our rewarding compensation package.

We are writing a new and exciting chapter in the history of The Belfry. A major expansion and renovation project has begun at our resort, due for completion in Autumn 2025. With a substantial investment in excess of £80 million, we are enriching our resort including the addition of a new event space, The Masters Suite, 149 extra bedrooms, a state-of-the-art leisure club, and much more.

The on-target earning potential for this role is a £32,821.84 annual salary, comprising a base salary of £31,221.84 supplemented by an estimated £1600 in gratuities per annum, ensuring a rewarding compensation package.
As a People Advisor,you will play a key role in supporting our people strategy, ensuring a positive and engaging workplace culture. You'll provide guidance on employee relations, learning and development, and engagement initiatives while delivering a seamless and supportive experience for our teams. Partnering with The People Manager, you’ll help drive key HR functions, from delivering training sessions to supporting wellbeing, recognition, and compliance. - Support with employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, and welfare support.
- Support learning & development initiatives, including inductions and training coordination.
- Drive engagement through reward, recognition, and wellbeing programs.

- Oversee key HR admin tasks such as contracts and reporting.
- Coordinate recruitment support, work experience, and community initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Organise staff events, long-service awards, and appreciation activities.
- Support engagement and values strategies through events and campaigns.
- Act as a key point of contact for HR queries, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- A passion for people and delivering exceptional service.
- Previous experience in management within hospitality.
