Samworth Brothers is seeking a People Advisor for a 9-12 month, part-time job share at our Radar Road Warehouse in Leicester, working Mondays and Tuesdays plus one midweek day. You’ll partner with site managers to provide practical advice and coaching on people matters to boost engagement, performance and wellbeing.
This role includes supporting absence and performance issues, using data to spot trends, and collaborating with the wider People Team on priorities.
9-12 months Part time job share opportunity. Monday and Tuesday, plus either Wednesday or Thursday. We can offer some flexibility around start and finish times to support work and travel requirements
As a People Advisor, you'll partner with managers across multiple sites, supporting them to lead their teams effectively and confidently. You'll provide practical advice and coaching on a wide range of people matters, helping to drive engagement, performance and colleague wellbeing.
As part of this job share opportunity, you'll provide People support for our Radar Road Warehouse, working three days per week. There will also be occasional travel to our Northern depot locations to support colleagues and managers across the wider operation when required.
