Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water is seeking an HR Advisor to provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy compliance in a Cardiff-based role. You will be the first contact for managers and staff, ensuring consistent HR practice and fostering a positive workplace culture.
