Job summary

Carrington Wood is seeking a People Advisor to provide professional HR guidance across the business, based in Callington, Cornwall. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with managers and senior stakeholders.

You will manage employee relations, assist with policy development, recruitment support and HR reporting, leveraging CIPD Level 5 or equivalent and solid knowledge of employment law. Proactive, collaborative problem solving is essential.

• Providing professional HR advice and guidance to managers across the organisation.

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next opportunity within an established and supportive organisation?

We are currently supporting a well-established organisation with the appointment of a People Advisor to provide professional HR advice and support across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing professional HR advice and guidance to managers across the organisation
• Managing and progressing a varied employee relations caseload

• Supporting formal and informal employee relations processes
• Supporting investigations, including gathering evidence and preparing reports
• Advising on areas including flexible working, organisational change and other employment matters

• Providing HR guidance and training where required
• Producing HR reports and maintaining accurate employee records

What We're Looking For
