Homeless Link is seeking a People Administrator to join our People team at Head Office, with hybrid working. You will deliver HR administrative support and be the first point of contact for routine people-related queries across the organisation.
You will support end-to-end onboarding, internal role changes, and maintain HR data, including payroll, compliance and training records in HRIS and the People platform, upholding data integrity and governance requirements.
Location: Head Office, Warrant House – with some hybrid working
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – flexible hours to suit the needs of the organisation

We have an exciting opportunity for a second People Administrator to join our expanding People team!
As a People Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering efficient, high quality HR administrative support and acting as the first point of contact for all routine people-related queries across the organisation.
Working closely with the rest of the People team, you will support and coordinate the end-to- end onboarding process, as well as internal role changes. In this role you will support in the accurate and timely maintenance of HR data, including payroll, compliance and training records, within HRIS systems and the People HR platform, upholding data integrity and supporting organisational governance requirements.
In addition, you will provide key support to the People Manager in delivering learning and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions, inductions, and related activities to enhance employee capability and engagement.
