Truro & Penwith College is seeking a highly organised Operations Officer to support the smooth day-to-day running of our Penwith Campus in Cornwall. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in campus operations, providing administrative, reception and operational support to staff, students, visitors and external partners. From coordinating timetabling changes and supporting admissions, to assisting with events and helping ensure a safe and welcoming campus environment, no two days are the same.
What you’ll be doing
What we’re looking for
You’ll have excellent organisational and communication skills, experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, and confidence using Microsoft 365 applications. You’ll be a team player who can manage competing priorities, build positive relationships and remain calm under pressure.
Experience within education, admissions, examinations, timetabling or operational services would be advantageous, but most importantly you’ll bring enthusiasm, initiative and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
