Job summary

WTW in the UK is seeking an experienced Pensions Project Manager for Defined Benefit schemes to lead high‑profile transformation programmes for major clients. You’ll drive strategic delivery, coordinating actuaries, administrators and senior stakeholders to secure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum background in UK Defined Benefit pensions.
• Knowledge of GMP equalisation and related DB project areas.
• Proven client-facing project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale pension change and transformation projects.
• Define strategy, scope, timelines, and outcomes with clients and teams.
• Drive governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across workstreams.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on time and budget.
• Facilitate workshops and governance forums with key stakeholders.
