Trafalgar House is seeking a Technical Associate to provide pensions technical support and guidance to operational teams and the wider business. You will help deliver accurate, compliant, first-class client and member experiences while working under the Technical and Communications Manager and with senior colleagues.

Responsibilities include researching queries, maintaining knowledge bases, supporting project implementations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory developments.

Competenze

• Understanding of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension administration.
• Experience researching and resolving pensions technical queries.
• Ability to explain complex scheme information clearly.

Mansioni

• Provide timely and accurate pensions technical support to operational teams and stakeholders.
• Research technical queries using approved sources and established precedents.
• Escalate complex queries to Senior Technical Associate or Manager.
• Maintain the technical query log and document knowledge from implementations.
• Support with scheme knowledge capture during projects and regulatory updates.
• Assist with defining requirements for client projects and changes.
