Qualifications

• Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
• Strong pensions knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• Ability to interpret scheme rules, legislation and processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support to Partners and Support Staff via phone, email and other channels within service levels.
• Deliver clear, accurate and compliant pension advice to financial advisers.
• Act as an authority offering tailored consultancy on complex queries.
• Support creation, review and sign-off of technical and advice framework materials.
