Job summary

Octopus Money’s Launchpad team seeks a client-facing specialist to own pension-related work in divorce cases. You’ll produce Pension on Divorce Expert reports using our calculation tools, guiding clients through a sensitive process with clear, compassionate communication.

This hybrid role offers a base salary of £45,000-£55,000 DOE, plus benefits such as private medical insurance, company pension, share plan, and generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• Experience in pensions space or related qualification.
• Knowledge of UK pension schemes (DB/DC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for clients throughout divorce case lifecycles.
• Oversee pension sharing calculations and related outputs.
• Explain complex pension information in clear, accessible terms.
• Manage a portfolio of client cases end-to-end and liaise with solicitors and advisers.
