Job summary

Octopus Money is seeking a pension-focused expert to join Launchpad, leading pension sharing work within divorce cases and acting as the main client contact throughout the lifecycle of each case.

You will produce Pension on Divorce Expert reports using our pension calculation tools, ensuring clients feel supported and informed during a sensitive period. This is a client-facing, non-actuarial role within a pioneering product.

Qualifications

• Experience or qualifications in pensions (planning, paraplanning, or pensions administration).
• Experience with multiple pension schemes (DB/DC).
• Pensions qualification such as PMI or DipPFS preferred.
• Knowledge of UK pension schemes and divorce-related pensions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact and manage relationships end-to-end.
• Oversee pension sharing calculations and outputs across DB/DC/hybrid schemes.
• Interpret benefits and CETVs and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with solicitors and advisers to deliver outputs on time.
