Octopus Money is hiring for a pension-focused expert to join Launchpad, delivering pension splitting work within divorce cases. You will own pension-related work, produce expert reports, and be the primary client contact through each case lifecycle.

The role emphasizes client communication, empathy in sensitive matters, and accurate technical pension calculations, while collaborating across a thoughtful, service-led team.

Qualifications

• Experience or qualifications in the pensions space (e.g. PMI, DipPFS).
• Experience with different pension schemes (DB, DC, hybrid).
• Ability to explain complex pension concepts clearly to clients.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary client contact and manage relationships.
• Oversee pension sharing calculations and outputs across DB, DC, and hybrid schemes.
• Work with CETVs and scheme-specific benefit structures and ensure accuracy of outputs.
• Manage a portfolio of cases end-to-end and coordinate with solicitors and advisers.
