Job summary

eNL is seeking a Pensions Solicitor in Surrey with 1–3 years' PQE to join a specialist pensions practice. You will advise trustees, employers and providers on a broad range of matters, gaining exposure to advisory and transactional work.

Working alongside partners and senior lawyers, you will draft scheme documentation, support due diligence on corporate transactions, and contribute to client meetings. A hybrid working policy supports flexible, ambitious careers in a leading team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 1–3 years' PQE in pensions.
• Strong drafting and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to respond to clients' commercial objectives and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Advise trustees, employers and pension scheme providers on a broad range of pensions matters.
• Support governance, benefit structures and regulatory compliance.
• Assist pensions aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence.
• Draft and review scheme documentation and member communications.
• Conduct legal research and participate in client meetings.
