Job summary

Just Group plc in Reigate is seeking a Pension Services Specialist to join the Defined Benefits team on a hybrid basis (50% office-based). You will support member servicing activities carried out by TPAs and Scheme Administrators, handling queries, complaints and administering deferred options.

Key duties include responding to client requests, assisting with mortality and sanctions screening, and contributing to process improvements within the DB operations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to internal/external customers.
• Experience with Third Party Administrators or pension schemes.
• Experience with non-standard processes and systems.
• Strong communication and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients, TPAs and wider DB team to ensure all member option calculations are accurate and paid on time.
• Act as a point of contact for TPAs and Pension Scheme Administrators.
• Support TPAs, members, clients and the wider DB Team with administration and payment queries, complaints and service concerns.
• Provide support for TPAs and internal audits.
• Support the DB Operations team with client requirements, administration, reporting, MI, payments and data validation.
• Engage in process reviews and other improvement initiatives.
