Just Group plc in Reigate is seeking a Pension Services Specialist to join the Defined Benefits team on a hybrid basis (50% office-based). You will support member servicing activities carried out by TPAs and Scheme Administrators, handling queries, complaints and administering deferred options.

The Pension Service Specialist role, sits within the Defined Benefits team, and is focused on reacting to the member servicing activities performed on a day to day basis by our Third Party Administrators and our Scheme Administrators.
The Pension Service Specialist will facilitate client and customer requests. This includes handling a variety of member queries, dealing with complaints, producing deferred member options and solving matters relating to the administration of our DB policies.
The role also carries out key activities around mortality and sanction screening as well as interacting with other areas of the wider DB Team by providing key information and assisting with administrative matters.
