Job summary

Just Group is seeking a Pension Services Specialist in Reigate. This hybrid, full-time role supports the Defined Benefits team by handling member queries, complaints, and administration with our TPAs and Scheme Administrators. You will manage mortality and screening activities and contribute to data validation and reporting.

You will work closely with the DB team to ensure accurate calculations and timely payments while maintaining high service standards across media channels.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to manage own workloads and prioritise multiple tasks.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills across multiple media.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients, TPAs and DB team to ensure accurate member option calculations and timely payments.
• Act as primary contact for TPAs and Pension Scheme Administrators.
• Support TPAs, members and clients with administration, payment queries and service issues.
• Assist with audits and data validation for DB operations.
• Contribute to process reviews and improvement initiatives.
