Aon is hiring a Senior Pensions Administrator in Sheffield. You will provide high quality administration support for internal and external clients, acting as a SME for processes, systems and tools, and ensuring work is delivered within SLAs.

Qualifications

• Pensions knowledge and experience plus willingness to learn on the job.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Proven track record as a team player who can meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel for daily administration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality administration support for internal and external clients.
• Act as SME for processes, clients, systems and tools; process and check work.
• Monitor activity and coordinate workload to meet SLAs.
• Produce and analyse reports for clients and requirements.
• Identify issues and implement process improvements.
• Maintain knowledge documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support audits and share best practices with colleagues.
• Build relationships with client teams and third-party providers.
• Support managers and mentor less experienced colleagues.
• Participate in projects and contribute to team targets.
