Job summary

Aon in Sheffield is seeking a Senior Administrator to provide high quality pensions administration for internal and external clients. You will act as a SME for processes, systems and tools, and you will be responsible for processing and checking work to a high standard.

This role offers focus on continuous improvement, workload coordination against SLAs, and opportunities to progress within a supportive team, backed by a market leading benefits package in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pensions administration preferred.
• Willing to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet SLAs and KPI targets.
• Collaborative team player with strong client service.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality administration support for internal and external clients.
• Be SME for processes, clients, systems and tools and proficient in processing and checking.
• Monitor team activity and coordinate workload in line with SLAs.
• Produce and analyse reports as required for clients and requirements.
• Identify issues with processes and drive solutions; implement improvements.
• Write and maintain knowledge documents; keep up to date with changes in legislation.
• Support audits and participate in client projects.
• Build strong relationships with client teams and third-party providers.
• Achieve team and individual targets (KPIs, SLAs, quality targets).
