Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
• Good IT skills and ability to use standard office software.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Likely some general administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused pensions administration to members and employers.
• Support the Customer Centre and handle enquiries on a rota basis.
• Provide professional and responsive front-line support.
• Assist with statutory information and service charters.
