Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is recruiting for a Governance and Pension Solution Consultant to join the GPS team. The role offers flexible location with travel as required, and sits within a leading pensions outsourcing and governance practice.

You will support lead consultants, manage governance matters, and help deliver client workstreams while upholding service standards and budgets. Strong client interaction and a rapid, quality-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within DB, DC or hybrid pensions.
• Previous secretariat and governance experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of governance and pensions consulting.

Responsibilities

• Provide support on a portfolio of clients, including secretarial, governance and outsourcing services.
• Attend client meetings on a regular basis, assisting on governance matters and undertaking minute-taking.
• Provide support to the wider consulting teams on ongoing and ad-hoc client work.
• Delivering agreed workstreams.
• Adhering to agreed service standards and fee agreements / budgets.
• Ensuring that client billing is completed on time across your own portfolio of clients.
