Job summary

DHL is seeking a Pensions Governance & Project Coordinator to support governance of the UK pension and life assurance arrangements, working closely with the Head of Trustee Governance, the Trustee Board, advisers, and other stakeholders.

You will lead and support projects across administration, member data, systems, risk management and regulatory change, ensuring delivery on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar governance role.
• Proven ability to deliver changes to calculations and benefits with system providers.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above.
• Progress towards CPC/RPC qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support governance of the Group's UK pensions and life assurance arrangements with DB and DC.
• Design and implement project management strategies to meet cost, time, and quality targets.
• Monitor pensions industry developments and implement relevant changes to processes.
• Report to the Head of Trustee Governance and collaborate with the Trustee Board.
