Qualifications

• Solid pensions industry background.

Responsibilities

• Lead outsourced support for in-house pensions teams.
• Act as scheme secretary on a permanent or interim basis.
• Manage day-to-day contact for clients and scheme advisors.
• Oversee portfolio of pension schemes and projects.
• Ensure services align with client contracts and quality standards.
• Lead on issue resolution and governance delivery.
• Monitor budget and profitability with minimal write-off.
• Support business development and client seminars.
