Job summary

Dalriada Trustees Limited is seeking an experienced pensions professional to lead outsourced pensions management and act as scheme secretary. You will be the day-to-day contact for clients, manage projects, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multiple schemes.

The role requires strong pensions knowledge, excellent communication, and leadership skills, with a focus on client relations and governance compliance. Hybrid working model with travel across UK locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in pensions management and scheme secretarial roles.
• Proven project management exposure across multiple schemes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead outsourced support for in-house pensions teams.
• Act as scheme secretary on permanent or interim basis.
• Manage client contacts and scheme advisor relationships.
• Oversee portfolio of pension schemes and projects.
• Ensure delivery aligns with client contracts and quality standards.
• Lead on issue resolution and governance delivery.
• Monitor budget and profitability with minimal write-off.
• Support business development and client seminars.
