PwC UK’s Data, Benefits and Operations (DBO) team provides outsourced pensions data and benefit services to trustee and corporate clients, helping schemes prepare for risk settlement or ongoing management.

The role involves leading complex engagements, managing client relationships, and guiding delivery teams within PwC’s governance framework, with a flexible, hybrid working pattern integrating office, home, and client site interactions.

Qualifications

• Substantial pensions data/benefits experience in a leading consultancy.
• Advanced Excel modelling skills are required.
• Strong client/stakeholder management and report-writing abilities.
• Proven business development capability with a network of contacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex pension engagements and client programmes.
• Manage client relationships and oversee delivery teams.
