Job summary

Alexander Lloyd is partnering with a leading consulting firm to recruit a pensions professional for governance and scheme management. The role is client-facing, supporting trustee boards and pension scheme governance.

You will attend meetings, draft agendas and papers, liaise with trustees and advisers, and contribute to governance, risk management and regulatory compliance initiatives. Hybrid working and strong training are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK pensions governance or scheme management.
• Strong understanding of UK pensions regulation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Studying towards pensions qualifications is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and scheme secretarial support to trustee clients.
• Attend trustee meetings and prepare agendas, papers, minutes and action logs.
• Liaise with trustees, advisers and internal specialists.
• Support governance, risk management and regulatory compliance activities.
• Assist with project delivery and budget monitoring.
