Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an Engagement Consultant with a strong background in workplace pensions to deliver engaging educational sessions to members and intermediary partners across the UK. You will adapt presentations for different audiences, create materials reflecting developments in the pensions landscape, and work with advisers, employers and internal teams to improve engagement.

Regular travel is required and a full UK driving licence with access to a car is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support the member engagement strategy to improve understanding and participation in workplace pensions.
  • Deliver clear, engaging pension presentations to workplace members and intermediary partners.
  • Adapt presentations to meet different audiences and client needs.
  • Create engaging materials reflecting legislative, regulatory and market developments.
  • Introduce fresh ideas on communicating pension information accessibly.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and extend support.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and growth of existing relationships.
  • Capture feedback from advisers, employers and members to refine engagement content.
  • Maintain understanding of member interaction propositions and wider engagement offering.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, regulatory developments and internal changes.
  • Convey Lloyds Banking Group's proposition clearly to external audiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver positive outcomes for members and clients.

Job description

The Engagement Consultant is an experienced presenter with strong background in workplace pensions. The role delivers educational and informative engagement sessions to members of key workplace clients and intermediary partners. This role is central to the organisation's member engagement strategy and aims to enhance understanding and participation in workplace pensions. Regular travel is part of this role and a full UK clean driving license is required and access to a car., As an Engagement Consultant, you'll support our member engagement strategy, helping workplace pension members better understand and engage with their pension, so they can make informed decisions about their financial future. You'll deliver engaging and accessible pension briefings to workplace members and intermediary partners, adapting your approach for different audiences and client needs. You'll also create relevant, informative materials that reflect developments in the UK pensions landscape. Working collaboratively with advisers, employers, members, and internal teams, you'll use feedback and insight to improve our engagement content. You will also find opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the member engagement strategy to improve understanding of and participation in workplace pensions.

  • Keeping up to date with relevant industry trends, regulatory developments and internal changes.
  • Clearly and consistently communicating the Scottish Widows proposition to external audiences.
  • Partnering with colleagues and collaborators to deliver positive outcomes for members and clients.

Required and desirable skills and experience
  • Confident presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage different audiences.
  • The ability to explain detailed or complex information clearly and accessibly.
  • Experience of creating or adapting presentations, communications or engagement materials.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work with clients, partners and internal stakeholders.
  • The ability to gather feedback and use it to improve content or customer experiences.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle changing priorities and maintain accurate, current content.
  • A commitment to delivering positive and inclusive outcomes for members and clients.
  • And any experience of these would be great
  • Knowledge of workplace pensions or the wider financial services industry.
