We are seeking an experienced Pensions Consultant to join our home-based DB consulting team. If you enjoy managing and advising a portfolio of corporate and trustee clients, this role could be perfect for you!

You should have strong DB pensions knowledge and excellent client management skills at trustee level.

What will you deliver?

• Develop excellent relationships with your client portfolio, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Contribute to the development of the team’s consulting capabilities, collateral, and staff.
• Communicate complex technical issues effectively to clients and colleagues.
• Identify solutions and risks for clients based on expert understanding of their situations and relevant regulations.
• Maintain a client-focused approach, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Support the Head of DB Consulting & Scheme Management in achieving practice objectives.
• Develop personal and business sales pipelines, supporting sales objectives.
• Cultivate a culture of compliance and risk awareness, focusing on the principles of CEB and Capita Group.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in DB Pensions Consulting.
• Client-facing experience, including attending Trustee meetings.
• Knowledge of benefits legislation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
