Pensions Consultant – DB Consulting

Home Based

Capita is undertaking an exciting transformation to become a leading UK consultancy. Our Pensions Consultancy is key to this growth, currently undergoing significant change to lead in the UK market.

We seek an experienced Pensions Consultant for our homebased DB consulting team. If you want to manage and advise a portfolio of corporate and trustee clients, this role is ideal.

You should have strong DB pensions knowledge and excellent client management skills at trustee level.

Job Description

What will you deliver?

• Develop strong relationships with your client portfolio, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Contribute to the development of the team’s consulting capabilities, collateral, and people.
• Communicate complex technical issues effectively to clients and colleagues.
• Identify solutions and risks for clients, based on expert understanding of their situations and relevant regulations.
• Maintain a client-focused approach, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Assist the Head of DB Consulting & Scheme Management in achieving practice objectives.
• Support sales objectives and develop personal and business sales pipelines.
• Cultivate a culture of compliance and risk awareness, focusing on CEB and Capita principles.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in DB Pensions Consulting.
• Client-facing experience, including attending Trustee meetings.
• Knowledge of benefits legislation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
