Thames Valley Police is looking for a Pensions Consultant to join our Finance team at our Headquarters in Kidlington. This is a permanent, full-time position (37 hours per week) with a competitive salary starting at £44,218.

As the Pensions Consultant, you will lead all pension-related matters for Thames Valley Police schemes—both legacy and current. You’ll provide strategic direction, management oversight, and expert advice to our Pension Board and broader team.

You will ensure the effective administration of pension schemes while improving processes and management information. Your expertise will guide managers and stakeholders through complex pension regulations, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
