Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Client Service Manager for Pension Administration in the United Kingdom. You will lead administration service delivery, acting as the main client contact and coordinating with client leaders and third parties to ensure contracts are delivered to agreed SLAs.

You will report progress in meetings and drive continuous improvement across teams. You will build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, monitor service delivery, and manage risks.
