Job summary

Aon is seeking a Client Service Manager for Pension Administration in the UK. The role leads administration service delivery, acting as the main client contact and coordinating projects while monitoring SLAs and reporting on service performance.

You will manage escalations, drive improvements and coach teams to deliver exceptional client service within the pension administration domain.

Responsibilities

Lead administration service delivery to Clients with focus on pensions administration.
Act as the lead client contact in relation to administration services.
Monitor and coordinate current administration delivery per client, ensuring SLAs and client projects are delivered to required standards of quality and timeliness.
Own and manage the relationship and expectations between Administration teams and key stakeholders.
Manage client escalations, complaints and corrective actions to closure within deadlines.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and drive improvements across teams.
