Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead administration service delivery for clients and act as the main client contact.
• Coordinate with client leads and internal teams within the client ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities to widen services and drive delivery in administration.
• Attend client meetings to report on contracted services and changes.
• Own and manage client escalations, complaints and corrective actions.
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues and drive project plans to closure.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across teams.
• Identify and mitigate service delivery risks for each client.
• Drive continuous improvement and coach colleagues across the administration teams.
• Maintain up-to-date regulatory and statutory knowledge and compliance.
