Job summary

NFP in the UK and Ireland is hiring a Customer Services Executive to support its pensions team, delivering high standards of service to NFP clients and assisting with training new and existing staff. The role supports coordination with Consultants and Team Leaders to implement programs and processes.

You will manage day-to-day pension administration, perform data validation, and conduct auto-enrolment assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer services role within financial services.
• Knowledge of pensions administration is desirable.
• Proficiency with Excel, MS Teams and Outlook is required.
• CII qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of clients' group pension schemes.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct auto-enrolment assessments and declarations of compliance.
• Support onboarding of new clients and opportunities for additional services.
• Maintain client records and ensure SLAs are met.
• Act as primary contact for allocated clients and coordinate handovers.
• Respond to employer and employee queries via phone and email.
• Keep client microsites up to date and accurate.
