Job summary

Lumera is seeking a Client Manager to join the Commercial team, managing a portfolio of clients, driving day-to-day client service, and reporting to the Client Director.

You will work across functions and geographies, develop revenue from your clients, secure positive references, and contribute to client propositions; the role offers hybrid working from offices in Bristol, London or Edinburgh with up to three days remote.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the UK pensions environment and awareness.
• Pensions administration management, consultancy or client management experience in a pensions-related business.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and basic Excel to support in-scope activities.
• Willingness to travel to Lumera offices, client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Day to day responsibility for client service and development to a portfolio of clients.
• Achievement of financial objectives in respect of revenue delivery, revenue development and client profitability.
• Client satisfaction and securing favourable client references.
• Develop Lumera’s client propositions and provide relevant management information and reporting.
• Coordinate with operations teams while maintaining clear boundaries between client management and operations.
