Qualifications

• Significant client relationship or account management experience in pensions.
• Strong knowledge of UK pension arrangements, including DB and DC schemes.
• Experience managing complex client portfolios and delivering commercial objectives.
• Proven ability to identify and win additional business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop relationships across a portfolio of pension clients.
• Act as senior client contact and trusted adviser for clients and trustees.
• Drive client retention, satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.
• Identify and convert opportunities for additional services and revenue growth.
• Lead client review meetings and present service performance.
• Partner with operational teams to ensure service excellence and SLAs.
• Support contract renewals, commercial negotiations and tender responses.
• Monitor portfolio performance, profitability and commercial outcomes.
• Stay ahead of industry developments and regulatory changes.
