Aptia Group is seeking a Pensions Administrator to join its friendly Pensions Administration team on a hybrid basis. You’ll help clients and members with pensions data, calculations, and service delivery, developing technical expertise while delivering high-quality work.

The role offers flexible location near our UK offices, with a supportive team and opportunities to contribute to process improvements and client service excellence.

Formación

• Strong numeracy and a numbers-focused approach.
• Experience in pensions administration is desirable.
• GCSEs Maths and English (Grade C/4+) required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a range of pension administration activities including leavers and data updates.
• Support annual scheme events and updates.
• Perform pension calculations with guidance from the team.
• Input and maintain pensions data across systems.
• Deliver work within agreed timescales with high quality.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and client service.
