Job summary

WTW is seeking an entry-level Pension Administrator to start a career in the pensions industry. You will learn to process contributions, leavers, retirees, and pension calculations, supported by full induction and a six-month development programme.

Qualifications

Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently following procedural documentation.
Proactive time management to meet volume and accuracy targets.
Experience in customer service is advantageous.
Strong numeric skills and ability to perform calculations.

Responsibilities

Accurately processes cases for members across pension schemes, including calculations and responding to queries by phone, letter and email.
Maintains high-quality customer experience by working within Service Level Agreements and Right First Time targets.
Learns multiple case types and pension schemes through training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Resolves member queries with empathetic and proactive member care.
Identifies and escalates potential problems to ensure quick resolutions.
