Job summary

WTW is seeking a Senior Projects Pensions Administrator for its Outsourcing line, based in Redhill or Leeds with hybrid working. You will support senior colleagues in producing pension increases, benefit statements, and monthly reports, while testing automated calculation solutions.

You will manage projects, oversee junior staff, and contribute to automation and data-cleaning efforts across diverse pension schemes, delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Experience in occupational pension administration, especially DB pensions.
• Ability to manage high volumes with accuracy and meeting targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues and clients.
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Team Leader to meet delivery promises and performance standards.
• Support seniors with pension increases, statements, reports and automated testing.
• Monitor work of junior staff, giving feedback to achieve Right First-Time targets.
• Handle complex pension calculations, data entry and queries across schemes.
• Scope costs, monitor budgets and ensure timeliness of project milestones.
• Develop test packs, automation components and assist large mailing projects.
• Assist in data quality, issue analysis and data cleaning requirements.
• Be a key contact for assigned projects and nurture client relationships.
• Escalate technical issues and drive service improvements and automation.
