Job summary

Isio is seeking an Experienced Pensions Administrator to join their Pensions Administration team and support a growing client base in a hybrid UK role.

You will deliver administration services for Defined Benefit schemes, focus on member service, and use multiple systems to manage cases, calculate benefits and meet SLAs. Hybrid work across Reading, Croydon, Bristol or Birmingham offices with study support and a market-leading bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a pension administrator with experience and knowledge of delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes.
• Excellent member service focus with the ability to deal with a variety of people, building relationships and managing expectations.
• Good communication skills, and the ability to communicate with clients, members and colleagues in a positive way.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to achieve SLAs.

Responsibilities

Experienced Pensions Administrator

Isio's Pensions Administration business continues to thrive, growing year on year. To support our ambitious growth plans we are looking for experienced and member focused Pension Administrators.

We currently have vacancies which can be based in our Reading, Croydon, Bristol or Birmingham city centre office with a hybrid workstyle.

What does the role entail?

What we're looking for
