Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Pensions Administration Support Officer to join our busy payroll and pensions team on the Oxford Road campus in Manchester. You will prioritise your workload, update Pensions Online and ESR accurately, and liaise with a range of stakeholders to provide guidance and training.

You will troubleshoot issues, look for service improvements, and use your strong customer service and written communication skills to support colleagues and patients

Responsabilidades

• Update Pensions Online and the Payroll System (ESR) with accurate and timely interpretation of documentation received.
• Deal with a range of stakeholders to provide guidance and training.
• Troubleshoot issues and find ways to improve the service with strong Customer Service skills.
• Demonstrate Trust values and work unsupervised with good planning and organisation.
