WTW is offering a two-year apprenticeship in Benefits Delivery & Outsourcing GB. You will be the first contact for clients and pension scheme members, delivering a calm, empathetic service while learning from experienced colleagues.

The programme combines on-the-job duties with coursework, supporting your study toward the Award in Pensions Essentials. Hybrid working is available, with closing date noted as 11th December 2026.

Competenze

• Two-year apprenticeship with on-the-job learning and formal study.
• Targeted at candidates with GCSE Maths and English at required grade.
• Strong customer service and communication skills expected.
