Job summary

Isio is offering a ten-week summer internship in the Pensions Actuarial and Consulting team at the Croydon office. You will work on real client projects and learn how mathematics, data and clear communication inform pension decisions.

You should be in the penultimate year of a full-time degree, aiming to graduate in 2028, and be available to start full-time employment in September 2028. Previous pensions experience is not required.

Qualifications

• You are in the penultimate year of a full-time university course.
• You expect to graduate in 2028 and be available to start full-time employment in September 2028.
• Open to students from any subject, with a numerate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out calculations for individual pension scheme members and client organisations.
• Help build and check financial models using statistical methods.
• Review data carefully and explain findings.
• Draft clear communications and supporting materials.
• Research business and market developments.
• Support client work and attend team or client meetings where appropriate.
• Share knowledge and ideas to improve our service.
