Abenefit2u Limited is seeking a Pensioner Payroll Associate to join its growing payroll team. You will run end-to-end pensioner payroll for a range of occupational pension scheme clients, liaising with HMRC on PAYE and statutory requirements, and handling pension setup, changes and payments with precision.

Hybrid working is offered with one or two days per week in the office; fully remote will be considered for distant candidates.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with pensioner payroll practices is essential.
• Experience using pension administration systems.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Run full monthly and daily (DC) pensioner payroll cycles, liaising with HMRC on PAYE and statutory requirements.
• Set up and ceasing pensions in payment and processing changes to pension amounts/payments.
• Handle pensioner requests and processing within contractual timescales.
• Participate in annual P60 and Pension Increase exercises and client implementations.
• Keep processes and documentation up to date and suggest improvements.
