Job summary

The Portfolio Group is recruiting for a Payroll Senior on behalf of a well-established accountancy firm in the United Kingdom. The role offers hybrid working, two days per week at home, and involves managing weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll processes for a portfolio of clients.

You will report to the Head of Services and ensure timely, accurate payroll processing, including RTI submissions, auto-enrolment and year-end procedures, while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling payroll processing weekly, bi-weekly and monthly.
• Ability to manage high volumes across multiple clients.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in RTI submissions and year-end procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process varied payrolls accurately and on time.
• Handle client payroll queries and coordinate with clients.
• Perform year-end procedures and auto-enrolment related tasks.
