You'll conduct detailed fact-finds, prepare compliant reports, and build lasting client relationships while ensuring FCA standards. The successful candidate will hold a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice and a Pension Transfer Specialist

Qualifications

• Holds a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice and Pension Transfer Specialist qualification or strong DB pension knowledge.
• Proven experience providing pension transfer advice to clients.
• Excellent knowledge of pension products, transfer processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Professional, ethical conduct and ability to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Providing specialist, regulated advice on pension transfers (DB to DC).
• Conducting client fact-finds and assessing suitability of recommendations.
• Preparing and presenting compliant financial advice reports.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
• Ensuring advice complies with FCA requirements.
