Job summary

interactive investor is seeking a Senior Pension Administrator, Pension Servicing, to deliver accurate and timely pension servicing. You will handle complex queries, support governance, and act as a deputy for the Team Manager while ensuring high standards of customer communication.

The role emphasizes risk management, regulatory awareness (CASS, HMRC) and process governance, with opportunities to contribute to training and QA across the pension servicing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in pension servicing or similar financial-services operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience handling complex queries and escalation appropriately.
• Understanding of risk-event management, complaint timelines, and escalation processes.
• Awareness of CASS requirements, VC processes, and HMRC adherence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of customer service through clear, timely communication.
• Manage mailbox and workflow to ensure timely pension servicing activity.
• Identify and raise risk events within SLAs; support governance and procedures.
• Provide technical approvals and manage escalations for complex issues.
• Support training, onboarding, and competency development across the team.
• Carry out quality checks and maintain QA records; support process governance.
